In one line: Four months, one system built per month, $297/month — a website-and-automation engine that turns your site into a steady source of inquiries, layered on top of everything you already have.
01The short version
You've built a real, respected brand over a decade — almost entirely on referrals. That's the hard part, and it's done. What's missing is the machine underneath it: the website, content, and follow-up systems that quietly bring the right couples and companies to you while you teach.
Here's the difference in how I build it. An agency assembles these things by hand — every page, every automation, every reminder typed out one at a time — which is why they cost thousands a month and take forever. I build them programmatically: the pages, the site, and the follow-up are generated as systems and code, so the same work that would be a $12,000–$25,000 agency project becomes $297 a month for four months. Same output. A fraction of the cost. And you keep every piece.
One system a month. You see it, you approve it, it goes live. Then the next.
02What you told me
You said it plainly, and I want to play it back so you know I heard it:
- “I feel I should have more inquiries — and I don't quite know how to make that happen.” The demand is there; the system to capture it isn't.
- You already get leads that found you through ChatGPT — and your blog isn't even built for it yet. Imagine when it is.
- Warm inquiries go cold and it baffles you. You reply within two hours, follow up twice, and still hear nothing — especially wedding couples.
- You want to grow the corporate side — the work that genuinely lights you up. Today you have one or two corporate posts and almost no footprint for it.
- You don't want to break what works. You've been indexed by Google for ~10 years and you're rightly protective. No risky rebuild, no paid-ads gamble.
- You're a solo operator and not a “tech person.” Anything I build has to be done for you — never handed to you as another thing to learn — and it has to stay personal, never a soulless automated blast.
03Why this matters now
All three reward starting now rather than “someday.” Every month of waiting is a month of compounding you don’t get back.
The AI window is open now
ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, and Copilot now recommend businesses whose content is structured to answer questions. You already get referrals this way by accident. This is your 12-month window to own it on purpose.
Corporate is wide open
I pulled the live ad data: no one in corporate team-building-through-movement advertises or ranks in AI answer engines. The lane is empty — and your real client stories are exactly what gets quoted.
The leak is leads, not teaching
With your ~99% close rate after a trial, the bottleneck isn’t your teaching — it’s getting the conversation started fast enough. Every cold lead is a booking someone else got.
The transformation
Where you are — and where this takes you.
04The system — four months, one build at a time
Everything is layered on top of your existing GoDaddy site. Nothing you rely on is touched or put at risk.
The Programmatic Content Engine
A full set of answer-first guides for both offers — weddings and corporate — built as a system and added to your site, structured so ChatGPT, Google AI, and Copilot recommend you. Written in your voice, from the real questions couples and companies ask, and from real competitor-review language so your content pre-answers the objections. (You've already seen the working preview.)
The Umbrella Website
One clean home that unifies your three worlds — coaching, weddings (Dance Together NYC), and corporate wellness — programmatically rebuilt to look and feel like you, with a clear path for each visitor. A demo you own, on your timeline; your live site stays put until you say otherwise.
The Instant-Response System
The moment someone inquires, they get a warm, human-sounding reply with your two paths (a quick call or the $99 trial) and a calendar link — so the couples who “want an answer now” get one, and no warm lead goes cold. Automated, but it sounds like you.
The Referral & Reactivation System
Your best clients come from referrals, and referred couples refer more. We turn your Thryv list into a gentle rhythm: a post-wedding “refresh” offer to past couples, a simple referral ask to the people already in your corner, and a light newsletter so you stay top-of-mind — without you lifting a finger.
A head start, at no extra cost
A competitor ad-intelligence report showing exactly what every wedding and corporate competitor runs on Google and Meta, and where the gaps are.
05Deliverables
| Month | Deliverable | So that… |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Programmatic content engine (weddings + corporate guides, answer-first, on your site) | → ChatGPT, Google AI & Copilot recommend you — more of the inquiries you said you want |
| 2 | Umbrella website uniting coaching + weddings + corporate wellness | → one clean, on-brand home that sends each visitor down the right path — risk-free, your timeline |
| 3 | Instant-response system (auto-reply + calendar, two paths) | → warm leads stop going cold; the couples who want speed get it |
| 4 | Referral & reactivation system (post-wedding refresh, referral ask, light newsletter in Thryv) | → your dormant list and best advocates quietly send you new couples |
| ✓ | Competitor ad-intelligence report (delivered) | → you see the whole battlefield and where you can win |
06Roadmap — one focus at a time
You're never looking at a mountain — just one clear build each month, on a platform you already check:
- Month 1: content engine live → you feel the corporate lane open and the AEO visibility start.
- Month 2: the umbrella site you can show off.
- Month 3: the cold-lead leak closes.
- Month 4: the referral/reactivation flywheel starts turning — the part that keeps paying after the build.
07What this asks of you
Honestly, very little — and only the parts only you can give:
- ~30 minutes twice per week for input and feedback.
- A few of your real stories for the corporate content (the PR-firm client, a sales-team session) — the non-copyable ingredient no competitor can fake.
- A quick look at the auto-reply wording before it goes live.
No dashboards to babysit, no software to master. Your web-helper friend can be looped in for anything on the site side.
08Investment
$297 per month, for four months — one system delivered each month. Plus a one-time $100 API token setup fee (covers the third-party service accounts that power the automation). Cancel any month; you keep everything built up to that point.
| Built manually by an agency | Typical price |
|---|---|
| AEO / SEO content (30–40 pages, both offers) | $4,500 – $12,000 |
| Custom multi-brand website | $3,000 – $10,000 |
| Lead auto-response + calendar automation | $1,000 – $2,500 |
| Referral & reactivation campaign setup | $1,000 – $3,000 |
| Agency total (build) | ~$9,500 – $27,500 + a $2,000–$5,000/mo retainer |
| This, built programmatically | $297/mo + $100 one-time setup |
The reason for the gap isn’t corners cut — it’s how it’s built. I work with programmatic building, not manually configuration.
09Risk reversal
Your rankings and your site are never at risk — that's the whole design. Everything layers on top of your existing GoDaddy site; nothing Google already trusts gets touched. It's month to month — if any month doesn't deliver, you stop, and you keep everything built (the content, the site, the automations are yours). You carry none of the downside.
10What success looks like
Six months out: your site is what AI recommends when someone searches “wedding first-dance lessons NYC” or “corporate team-building through movement” — and the corporate inquiries, the ones you love, start arriving on their own. New inquiries get a warm reply in seconds, so fewer slip away. Past couples come back for a refresh, and your referrers send more. You're doing more of the work that means the most, and less of the chasing.
Honest expectation: AEO and referral compounding build over weeks, not overnight — a couple of quiet stretches are normal and are not failure; the machine is loading.
